Order Processing & Cutoff Times

Orders with paid expedited shipping placed before 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday)
will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders with standard shipping methods placed after 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday),
on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business
days.

Disclaimer: While we strive to fulfill all orders within the estimated processing time,
order processing may take up to 3 business days due to high demand, inventory delays, and unforeseen circumstances. If there are any delays beyond the usual timeframe, you will be promptly notified via email. Shipping times may also be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: Customers can request a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Returned items must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original condition includes tags, plastic on the handle (racquet), box, etc.
Apparel: All apparel items must have the original tags intact to qualify for a return, be unworn, and unwashed.
Footwear: We accept shoe returns if items are in the original shoe box, unused, with original tags and in brand new condition (not worn/used).

How to Initiate a Return

Customers can easily initiate a return directly from their customer account.
Steps: Log into your account > Select the order > Click the "Request Return" button on the upper right of the page.
Item Selection: Choose the item(s) you're returning and select the reason for return.
Customers can also leave a note to provide further details about the return if needed.

Approval Process

After initiating the return, our team will review the request.
Email Notification: an email will be sent once your return request has been approved.

Return Label & Packaging

A return shipping label will then be created via UPS and emailed as an attachment within the return request approval email.
The label will include instructions on proper packaging. Please use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.
All returns will be charged an $8 Restock Fee.
- There is no restocking fee if the item is verified as damaged through shipping, defective, or the wrong item was shipped and the refund includes the original shipping fee.
Product must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the return label.
Note: it is also encouraged to keep track of your return shipment tracking number and obtain an UPS return receipt.

Return Process

Once the return is received by our warehouse:
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
If the item is in acceptable condition:
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- The return status will update to "Refund Processed" after the refund is issued.
- The refund process can take up to 10-15 business days.
- Currently we do not offer direct exchanges or online store credit.
If item is not in acceptable condition:
- The item will be sent back to the customer within the 3-5 business days processing window.
