When will my order ship?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 pm PST will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days and all paid expedited shipping orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or over the weekend will be processed with standard shipping fulfilled within 1-3 business days and paid expedited shipping orders will be fulfilled the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer two convenient shipping options to fit your needs:
- Standard Ground: 3–7 days (depending on location)
- Express: 2 days
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Ground: $8 for orders under $99 USD
- Express: $20
- Orders over $99 USD enjoy Free Standard Ground Shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.
Are there restrictions to PO Boxes or other delivery locations in the US?
There may be some limitations based on carrier feedback. Please check during checkout for any delivery restrictions to your specific location.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or edit your order. While we always do our best to accommodate your needs, our orders move through the fulfillment center pretty quickly. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to cancel or edit it, due to system limitations.
If we are not able to cancel or edit your order and you would like a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help you process a return within 30 days for any unworn or unstrung product! Simply start the return process here or reach out to us at support@mail.yonex.com
How can I see my order status?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a follow-up email once it’s shipped. This will include a tracking number and link to track your order.

What is Yonex USA's Return Policy?
What is Yonex’s return policy?Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original condition. This includes all original packaging and tags.
- Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
- Footwear: Must be in the original shoe box, unworn, and include original tags.
- Racquets and Equipment: Must have protective plastic intact and original tags or packaging as applicable.
How do I start a return?
If you purchased through www.us.yonex.com, simply log into your account to initiate a return.
For purchases made through an authorized Yonex USA dealer, please contact the dealer directly for assistance with your return.

How long will my return take?
We aim to process and refund returns within 10-15 business days of receiving your item back in our warehouse. You can easily check the status of your return by logging into your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges at this time.
How do I return a store purchase?
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Yonex at us.yonex.com
Please refer to your receipt to confirm where the item was purchased. If it was bought from a retailer, please contact them directly to process your return according to their store policies.
