- Orders with paid expedited shipping placed before 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday)

Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Customers can request a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original condition includes tags, plastic on the handle (racquet), box, etc.
- Apparel: All apparel items must have the original tags intact to qualify for a return, be unworn, and unwashed.
How to Initiate a Return
- Customers can easily initiate a return directly from their customer account.
- Steps: Log into your account > Select the order > Click the "Request Return" button on the upper right of the page.
- Item Selection: Choose the item(s) you're returning and select the reason for return.
- Customers can also leave a note to provide further details about the return if needed.
Approval Process
- After initiating the return, our team will review the request.
- Email Notification: an email will be sent once your return request has been approved.
Return Label & Packaging
- A return shipping label will then be created via UPS and emailed as an attachment within the return request approval email.
- The label will include instructions on proper packaging. Please use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- All returns will be charged an $8 Restock Fee.
- There is no restocking fee if the item is verified as damaged through shipping, defective, or the wrong item was shipped and the refund includes the original shipping fee.
- Product must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the return label.
- Note: it is also encouraged to keep track of your return shipment tracking number and obtain an UPS return receipt.
Return Process
- Once the return is received by our warehouse:
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- If the item is in acceptable condition:
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- The return status will update to "Refund Processed" after the refund is issued.
- The refund process can take up to 10-15 business days.
- Currently we do not offer direct exchanges or online store credit.
- If item is not in acceptable condition:
- The item will be sent back to the customer within the 3-5 business days processing window.
