Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Orders with paid expedited shipping placed before 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday)
will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders with standard shipping methods placed after 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday),
on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business
days.
Disclaimer: While we strive to fulfill all orders within the estimated processing time,
order processing may take up to 3 business days due to high demand, inventory delays, and unforeseen circumstances. If there are any delays beyond the usual timeframe, you will be promptly notified via email. Shipping times may also be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original condition includes tags, plastic on the handle (racquet), box, etc.
- Apparel: All apparel items must have original tags intact to qualify for a return, be unworn, and unwashed.
- Footwear: Must be in the original shoe box, unused, with original tags and in brand new condition (not worn/used).
How to Initiate a Return
- You can initiate a return directly through your account:

- After initiating the return, our team will review the request.
- Once reviewed, you’ll receive an email with:
- A UPS return shipping label
- Instructions for proper packaging
- Please use secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.

· You have 30 days from receiving the return label to ship the item back.
Return Shipping
- All returns will be charged a $8 Return Shipping Fee.
- There is no fee if the return is due to reasons listed below. In these cases, your original shipping charges will also be refunded
- A manufacturer defect
- An incorrect item shipped
- Shipping damages
- Note: it is encouraged to keep track of your return shipment tracking number and obtain a UPS return receipt.
Return Processing & Refunds
- Once the return is received by our warehouse:
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- If the item is in acceptable condition:
- Items that are in re-sellable condition will be restocked.
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- The return status will update to "Refund Processed" after the refund is issued.
- The refund process can take up to 10-15 business days.
- If item is not in acceptable condition:
- The item will be sent back to the customer within the 3-5 business days processing window.
Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges or online store credit
