Order Processing & Cutoff Times

Orders with paid expedited shipping placed before 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday)
will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders with standard shipping methods placed after 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday),
on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business
days.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Returned items must be unused and in its original condition.

Original condition includes tags, plastic on the handle (racquet), box, etc.
Apparel: All apparel items must have original tags intact to qualify for a return, be unworn, and unwashed.
Footwear: Must be in the original shoe box, unused, with original tags and in brand new condition (not worn/used).

After initiating the return, our team will review the request.
Once reviewed, you’ll receive an email with:

A UPS return shipping label
Instructions for proper packaging
Please use secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.

· You have 30 days from receiving the return label to ship the item back.

Return Shipping

All returns will be charged a $8 Return Shipping Fee.
There is no fee if the return is due to reasons listed below. In these cases, your original shipping charges will also be refunded
