Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Orders with paid expedited shipping placed before 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday)
    will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders with standard shipping methods placed after 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday),
    on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business
    days.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility 

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused and in its original condition. 
    • Original condition includes tags, plastic on the handle (racquet), box, etc. 
    • Apparel: All apparel items must have original tags intact to qualify for a return, be unworn, and unwashed. 
    • Footwear: Must be in the original shoe box, unused, with original tags and in brand new condition (not worn/used). 

How to Initiate a Return 

  • You can initiate a return directly through your account:

Return Approval & Shipping Label 

  • After initiating the return, our team will review the request. 
  • Once reviewed, you’ll receive an email with: 
    • A UPS return shipping label 
    • Instructions for proper packaging 
    • Please use secure packaging to avoid damage in transit. 
  • ·       You have 30 days from receiving the return label to ship the item back. 

Return Shipping 

  • All returns will be charged a $8 Return Shipping Fee.  
  • There is no fee if the return is due to reasons listed below. In these cases, your original shipping charges will also be refunded
    • A manufacturer defect 
    • An incorrect item shipped
    • Shipping damages  
  • Note: it is encouraged to keep track of your return shipment tracking number and obtain a UPS return receipt. 

Return Processing & Refunds 

  • Once the return is received by our warehouse: 
    • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days. 
    • Items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.  
  • If the item is in acceptable condition: 
    • Items that are in re-sellable condition will be restocked. 
    • A refund will be processed to the original payment method. 
    • The return status will update to "Refund Processed" after the refund is issued. 
    • The refund process can take up to 10-15 business days. 
  • If item is not in acceptable condition: 
    • The item will be sent back to the customer within the 3-5 business days processing window.
